South Yunderup Block Clear & Limestone Lay

The Challenge: A residential block in South Yunderup was overgrown with vegetation, filled with rubble, and riddled with tree roots. The client needed a full block clear and a stable base for construction.

Our Solution: Deployed excavators and bobcats to clear vegetation and roots.Removed rubble and excess soil with tipper trucks. Supplied and spread crushed limestone to create a solid, compacted pad foundation.

Result: Block cleared quickly and efficiently. Limestone pad delivered to builder specs. Project finished ahead of schedule and within budget.

Mandurah Tight-Access Pool Dig

The Challenge: A homeowner in Mandurah wanted a backyard pool installed, but the property only had a narrow side gate for access. Other contractors said it wasn’t possible without damaging fences and landscaping.

Our Solution: - Brought in our **mini excavator** designed for tight-access spaces. - Carefully navigated through the narrow entry without damage. - Completed the dig to pool installer specifications. - Cleared excess soil with bobcat and tipper truck combo.

Result: Pool excavation completed safely, with no damage to property. Work finished on time, allowing the installer to stay on schedule. Client avoided costly alternative options.
